No one ish happy all of the tyme,
but some people feel as if they can never find happiness .
Some people feel as if their entire lyfe is devoted to nothing but pain, hurt and loneliness .
Every day ish a struggle, and every breath a fight for survival . Dont cha think so ?
Hmmm . . .
ii am alone , so very alone .
ii am hurt , so very bad .
ii am lonely , no one sees the pain .
ii am alone , no one noes .
its all covered with a smile on my face .
even though tears keep rolling down my cheeks , ii wont show it for sure .
everybody cries sometimes , && if youu don't youu should .
cos ii was told tat crying is a natural way of letting go of pent up emotions .
It is sad fact that many children are shamed for crying .
adults who are led to believe that crying is not OK may repress their feeling of sadness .
emotions that are not allowed to release tend to leak out in other areas of their lives .
the ability to express our emotions whether alone or in communication to others is necessary for a happy life.
ii nvr thought my lyfe could past before my eyes ,
ii never thought tears can come before my cries ,
but ii now noe the truth never lies try to hide .
youu guys can say tiraa so "jiwang" now . but seriously .
ii feel much more comfortable expressing it here rather than talking to anybody bout it .
cos im very sure no one understands me . nort even my mum or siblings .
nagging & scolding ish what she would only do .
even though if ii try to explain it to her for once , she wouldn't listen . never .
she kept asking mie to change my attitude & yada yada .
& ii get very angry after those words .
it ish very important if possible to tell the person that youu are angry with hw youu feel .
If tis ish not possible it might be helpful to discuss your feelings with others .
In any case, do not let this hatred sit and poison your body yaww people .
ii have been left out . ii nvr got in trouble with this problem of being alone,
because ii always write my troubles down on diary or type it out .
but ii prefer being alone . ii don't get hurt easily that way . but that's just me.
all of us experience change in our lives .
change is the one constant in our lives .
dere are changes that we look forward too and change that we fear .
day to day to struggles and triumphs are experienced by all of the world's creatures .
as human beings, when we encounter a challenge ,
we have freedom to choose how to react .
ii hate people judging mie , telling mie nort to tis & that .
Every decision that we make leads us down another road .
We will nvr come to exactly the same crossroads ryte ?
Haf youu ever found urself saying , " ii hate my lyfe " ?
ii once told myself tat ii wanted to be one of the happiest person in the entire world .
ii also wanted to be one of the freest people in the whole world . haha .
thats so impossible ryte ? ii noe . ((:
anyway , i've finally tried covering all those sadness i've been thru .
by , meeting new frens , enjoying wif gfs/classmates/cousins , dance all nite , sing all day long , laugh lyke hell , crack stupid jokes & do stupid stuff ( shouldn't haf done that ii noe but it was last tyme . maybe ? haa. shhh :p )
like people say , BILA2 MAU STEADY ! hahha . jato boik ! ;)
well afterall , i've learned tat feeling sad is no crime although the world might wish youu to tink so .
all the feelings in the world nvr did anybody any harm .
it ish our feelings tat make us human and connect us to the rest of humanity .
wen youu feel sad, it ish important to give yourself permission to feel the sadness .
Share your feelings with someone who has the sensitivity to give youu the space to let the feeling fully be felt . Only then can youu begin to let go . ryte AKIM ? haaa .
